1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Your xv777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Log out from your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify xv777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, access casino games or conduct any transactions.

xv777 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. However, if you report a suspected breach, xv777 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions at xv777 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfers, standard bank cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your xv777 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. xv777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the deposit method must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same method used for the relevant deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and your account verification status. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing. xv777 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before releasing withdrawal funds.

Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and on the Deposit page.

• Funds deposited into your xv777 account must be used for betting and gaming on the platform.
• xv777 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is linked to fraudulent activity or a chargeback claim.
• Any bank charges or fees applied by your payment provider are your responsibility — xv777 does not absorb third-party transaction fees.
• Withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 7 of these terms.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on xv777, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sports markets:

• All bets are placed in PKR and are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet, except in cases of obvious error (see below).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live market being active and the platform accepting the wager at the time of placement. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event.
• xv777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault or data error — regardless of whether the bet appears to have won. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Bets on Cricket matches are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or no result declared, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any attempt to exploit inside information is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be involved in such activity will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• xv777 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict markets or decline bets at its discretion without providing a reason.

6 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available at xv777 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, table games and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to those game-specific rules.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, and by physical dealing/spinning mechanisms for Live Casino titles. Results are final once the game round is complete.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's technical log. xv777 is not liable for losses caused by your internet connection failing during play.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any manipulation of sporting events.
